Giant Prehistoric Snake Fossils Uncovered in India

Fossilized remains of an enormous ancient snake, named Vasuki indicus, have been found in India. This species lived around 47 million years ago and is estimated to have reached lengths of 11 to 15 meters. The discovery suggests it could be among the largest snakes known in Earth's history.
