ESA Approves Two New Cost-Effective Earth Observation Missions

The European Space Agency has given the go-ahead for two new "Scout" missions, HiBiDiS and SOVA-S, led by SITAEL and OHB Czechspace respectively. These missions are designed with a strict budget of €35 million and a three-year timeline from approval to launch.
