CERN Experiment Identifies Last Doubly Charmed Baryon

The LHCb Collaboration at CERN's Large Hadron Collider has successfully detected the Ωcc⁺ baryon, a particle composed of two charm quarks and one strange quark. This finding completes a family of doubly charmed baryons that were predicted over 50 years ago. The discovery marks a significant step forward in understanding the fundamental constituents of matter.
