New Open-Access Database for Solar Power Plant Data Launched

A new open-access database, PAINT (Power plant AI and iNtegration Tool), has been introduced in Nature Energy, offering 849 GB of high-resolution operational data from the Jülich solar tower plant. Organized according to FAIR data principles, this resource aims to advance renewable energy research. It supports the development of digital twins, AI-based calibration, and improved solar flux prediction, fostering innovation in the field.
