Pioneer 10/11 Telemetry Almanac Released for Historical Orbit Analysis

An unpublished manuscript, preserved for historical purposes, has been released alongside the first set of edited Pioneer 10/11 telemetry data. This data aims to facilitate the evaluation of on-board systematic forces affecting the spacecrafts' orbits. The telemetry readings are provided in standard, accessible formats for researchers.
