Joint European-Chinese Smile Mission Achieves Science Orbit
The collaborative European-Chinese Smile mission has successfully entered its intended science orbit. The project team will now proceed with a two-month commissioning period to activate and thoroughly test the spacecraft's various scientific instruments. Full science operations are anticipated to begin in September 2026.
