New AI Tool Matches AlphaFold 3 in RNA Structure Prediction

Virginia Tech computer scientists have introduced RNAbpFlow, an artificial intelligence method capable of predicting complex 3D RNA molecular shapes with accuracy comparable to Google's AlphaFold 3. Published in Nature Methods, this tool achieves its results using considerably less data, potentially accelerating drug discovery and disease treatment research by improving RNA modeling.
