Hubble Data Reveals Four New White Dwarfs Near Our Solar System

Using near-ultraviolet spectroscopic data from the Hubble Space Telescope, astronomers have identified four previously unknown white dwarfs. These celestial objects are orbiting nearby red dwarf stars, all located within 65 light-years of the Sun. One of these newly found white dwarfs is now ranked among the closest to our solar system.
