Atlantic and Pacific See Multiple Tropical Storm Developments

The National Hurricane Center has issued advisories for three active tropical systems. Tropical Depression Two in the Atlantic could bring storm conditions to the Florida Panhandle, while Tropical Storm Fausto in the Eastern Pacific is expected to intensify into a hurricane. Another system, Tropical Storm Elida, is also moving north-northwestward in the Eastern Pacific.
