Preliminary Study Compares Quantum Decoder Performance Across Software Platforms

A new preprint investigates how quantum decoder behavior compares across different quantum software stacks, including PennyLane, Qiskit, and Cirq. The research focuses on a contract-preserving comparison of decoders for repeated-round surface code and digitized-GKP syndrome replay circuits.
