Galileo Navigation System Expands with Two New Satellites

Europe's Galileo satellite navigation constellation has officially integrated two additional satellites, SAT 33 and SAT 34, into its operational service. This expansion is expected to bolster the system's overall capabilities, enhance its resilience, and improve its autonomy for global users. The satellites completed their commissioning phase following a December launch, with the latest authorized for service on July 23, 2026.
