NASA's Psyche Spacecraft Completes Mars Flyby En Route to Asteroid

NASA's Psyche spacecraft successfully performed a Mars flyby, using the planet's gravity to accelerate towards its 2029 rendezvous with a metal-rich asteroid. During the maneuver, the spacecraft tested its instruments, including cameras, a magnetometer, and particle detectors. It captured unique views of Mars, measured its magnetic environment, and detected neutrons, also observing its moons Phobos and Deimos.
