New Microbe with Triple Membrane Discovered by SIU Carbondale Scientists

Scientists at Southern Illinois University Carbondale identified a novel microbe, *Caldatribacterium inferamans strain SIUC-1*, characterized by a unique triple lipid membrane and its ability to thrive in hot, oxygen-deprived conditions.
