NSF Launches $100 Million Program for Regional AI Research Infrastructure

The National Science Foundation (NSF) has initiated the State and Regional Artificial Intelligence Infrastructure Hubs program, a $100 million investment aimed at expanding access to AI resources for researchers, students, and educators nationwide. This program will fund the creation of AI Infrastructure Hubs through state-level or multi-state regional consortia, pooling contributions from various institutions to establish shared computing resources.
