Preprint Proposes Magnetic Link to Solar Molecular Band Anti-correlation

A new preprint suggests a connection between the solar magnetic cycle and the anti-correlation of CH and CN molecular bands. This research proposes that solar magnetic activity may influence a phenomenon observed in Globular Clusters, which is often defined by these molecular band behaviors. The findings are preliminary and have not yet undergone peer review.
