NSF Funds Six New Materials Research Centers with $108 Million

The National Science Foundation has committed $108 million to establish six new Materials Research Science and Engineering Centers (MRSECs) across various U.S. institutions. Each center will receive $18 million over six years, starting September 2026, to advance research in areas like quantum metamaterials and advanced electronic materials.
