NASA and ESA Astronauts Complete Spacewalk to Install New Antenna on ISS

Astronauts Anil Menon (NASA) and Sophie Adenot (ESA) successfully installed and connected a spare space-to-ground antenna outside the International Space Station during a 6.5-hour spacewalk. This new antenna is a critical component for high-speed data transmission between the ISS and NASA's Mission Control Center. Initial checkouts indicate good power and data transmission from the newly installed equipment.
