NOAA Issues Updates on Hurricanes Karina, Marie, and Lowell, and Tropical Depression Edouard

The National Hurricane Center (NHC) of NOAA has provided the latest advisories on several active tropical systems. Updates include information on Hurricane Karina, Hurricane Marie, and Hurricane Lowell in the Eastern and Central Pacific, as well as the final advisory for Tropical Depression Edouard, which is expected to bring heavy rainfall to East Texas. Marine warnings are in effect for the Eastern Pacific.
