New Method for Pre-impact Meteorite Strewn Field Predictions Integrated into ESA Aegis Pipeline

A new method for predicting meteorite strewn fields prior to impact has been integrated into the European Space Agency's (ESA) Aegis pipeline. This advancement enables hours-ahead computation of impact locations, which will support recovery efforts, minimize contamination, and aid civil-protection decision-making when warranted by object size and predicted ground hazard.
