NOAA National Hurricane Center Issues Updates for Hurricanes Marie and Lowell, and Tropical Storm Karina

The National Hurricane Center (NHC) of the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) has issued advisories for Hurricane Marie in the Eastern Pacific, Hurricane Lowell and Tropical Storm Karina in the Central Pacific. Marine warnings are currently in effect for the Eastern Pacific.
