NSF Awards First PFAS and MOAH-Free Certification in Asia Pacific Region

NSF, a global human health organization, has awarded Shell MDS (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd the first dual certification in the Asia Pacific region for PFAS-Free Products (NSF 537) and MOAH-Free Certification (NSF 538) for Nonfood Compounds and Food Equipment Materials. This establishes new industry standards for consumer protection by verifying products meet requirements related to per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) and Mineral Oil Aromatic Hydrocarbons (MOAH) in food contact applications.
