Panmnesia and Meta Propose CXL-Based AI Datacenter Architecture in Nature Journal

AI infrastructure startup Panmnesia and global hyperscaler Meta have jointly proposed a next-generation AI datacenter architecture in a Nature journal review article. This architecture aims to operate an entire datacenter as a single chip, addressing the challenges of connecting numerous accelerators and memory quickly and efficiently as AI models scale to trillion-parameter levels. The proposal highlights the importance of CXL technology in future AI infrastructure.
