ESA's FLEX and Sentinel-3C Satellites Prepare for Vega-C Liftoff

The European Space Agency (ESA) announced that its Fluorescence Explorer (FLEX) satellite and the third satellite for the Copernicus Sentinel-3 mission, Sentinel-3C, are ready for launch on a Vega-C rocket from Europe's Spaceport in French Guiana. The launch is scheduled for September 15 at 03:21 CEST (September 14 at 22:21 local time). FLEX will monitor Earth's vegetation health, while Sentinel-3C will contribute to monitoring oceans, land, ice, and atmosphere for the Copernicus program.
