ESA's Vega-C Rocket Set for Dual Earth Observation Satellite Launch
The European Space Agency (ESA) is preparing for the launch of its Vega-C rocket tonight from Kourou, French Guiana. The mission will deploy two Earth observation satellites: Sentinel-3C, which will join existing Sentinel-3 satellites for monitoring oceans, land, ice, and atmosphere, and FLEX, equipped with a FLORIS spectrometer to map plant fluorescence as an indicator of vegetation health.
