NOAA Issues Advisories for Hurricane Rachel and Tropical Storm Nolo

The National Hurricane Center (NHC) is currently issuing advisories for Hurricane Rachel in the Eastern Pacific and Tropical Storm Nolo in the Central Pacific. Additionally, Tropical Depression Nineteen-E is being monitored in the Eastern Pacific. Marine warnings are in effect for the Eastern Pacific. There are no tropical cyclones in the Atlantic at this time.
