ESA's Hera Spacecraft Executes Key Maneuver En Route to Dimorphos

The European Space Agency's Hera mission has successfully performed a crucial 'brake' maneuver, a vital step in its journey to rendezvous with the asteroid Dimorphos. This operation is essential for the spacecraft to slow down sufficiently, following up on NASA's DART impact. Mission control will now work to re-establish a signal from Hera via deep space antennas in Australia.
