Artemis II Crew Observes Meteoroid Impacts on Moon's Dark Side

During the Artemis II mission, astronauts aboard the Orion capsule made the first human-eye observations of five micrometeorite impacts on the Moon's dark side. These sightings, detailed in the Preliminary Lunar Science Report, corroborate previous anecdotal accounts and provide new data for lunar science.
