NASA Awards Contract for Development of First Space-Based Earth Quantum Gravity Gradient Sensor

NASA has awarded a $20 million contract to Infleqtion to advance the development of the Quantum Gravity Gradiometer Pathfinder (QGGPf) mission. Led by NASA's Jet Propulsion Laboratory, this mission aims to create the first space-based quantum gravity gradient sensor to measure subtle variations in Earth's gravitational field, providing new insights into groundwater, ice, and natural resources.
