Preprint: A Unified Model Proposed for Gravitational Wave Background and Quasar Luminosity Functions
A new preprint submitted to arXiv proposes a unified model for the gravitational wave background and quasar luminosity functions. This theoretical work aims to reconcile inconsistencies in estimations of the supermassive black hole mass function, which are derived from local black hole observations, quasars, and gravitational wave data. The model could provide new constraints on black hole accretion and seeding. (Note: This is a preliminary finding and has not yet been peer reviewed.)
