NBA Board Approves Draft Lottery Modifications

The NBA's Board of Governors has officially endorsed significant alterations to its draft lottery system. These modifications aim to discourage teams from intentionally losing games to secure higher draft picks. The new "3-2-1 Lottery" will include 16 teams and equalize the odds for the top selection, diminishing the advantage previously held by teams with the poorest records for the next three seasons.
