The University of North Dakota football program, the NCAA, and the Division I Committee on Infractions have agreed to a resolution regarding a Level II rules violation. The infraction involved impermissible communications with a student-athlete. As a result, the program will face one year of probation, effective from June 2026 to June 2027.
