European Football Clubs Board Endorses Revised International Transfer Rules

The European Football Clubs Board, representing over 800 organizations, has approved new regulations for international player transfers. These revised rules, developed in consultation with FIFA and UEFA, aim to provide greater stability and certainty within the global transfer system. They are slated for incorporation into FIFA's official regulations and will become effective in January 2027.
