NHL Sees Significant Trades Ahead of Draft, Including Sabres Acquiring No. 4 Pick and Capitals Landing Jordan Kyrou

The Buffalo Sabres traded defenseman Bowen Byram to the Chicago Blackhawks, acquiring the No. 4 pick in the upcoming NHL Draft, along with defenseman Louis Crevier and a second-round pick. Separately, the Washington Capitals acquired right winger Jordan Kyrou from the St. Louis Blues. Additionally, the New Jersey Devils sent Simon Nemec and Maxim Tsyplakov to the Calgary Flames for two future conditional first-round picks, the No. 35 overall pick this year, and prospect Etienne Morin.
