Sabres Trade Alex Tuch to Capitals Following Contract Extension

The Buffalo Sabres have completed a sign-and-trade deal, sending forward Alex Tuch to the Washington Capitals. Prior to the trade, Tuch signed an eight-year, $84 million contract with Buffalo. In exchange, the Capitals sent a 2027 third-round draft pick and the rights to center David Kampf to the Sabres.
