The National Hockey League has introduced NHL Productions, a new centralized entity set to manage local telecasts for four teams starting in the 2026-27 season. This initiative will cover the Columbus Blue Jackets, St. Louis Blues, Carolina Hurricanes, and Minnesota Wild. The move comes as regional sports networks that previously broadcast these games have ceased operations, indicating a significant shift in sports media production.
