Women's Lacrosse World Championship Commences in Tokyo

The 12th edition of the World Lacrosse Women's Championship has officially begun in Tokyo, Japan. Sixteen national teams are competing in the tournament, which is scheduled to run from July 24 to August 2. This year marks a new format for the championship, with all participating teams having qualified through continental competitions.
