San Jose Sharks center Macklin Celebrini, 20, has signed a five-year, $94 million contract extension, setting an NHL record for average annual value at $18.8 million. The deal, which begins in the 2027-28 season, makes Celebrini an unrestricted free agent in 2031-32. Celebrini finished fourth in NHL scoring last season with 115 points.
