San Jose Sharks center Macklin Celebrini has signed an NHL-record five-year, $94 million contract extension, making him the league's highest-paid player with an $18.8 million average annual value. The 20-year-old, entering his final entry-level year, finished fourth in NHL scoring last season with 115 points. This deal surpasses a previous record set earlier this month.
