Pittsburgh Pirates activate Spencer Horwitz and Camilo Doval, option two players

The Pittsburgh Pirates have made several roster moves, activating first baseman Spencer Horwitz from the 10-day injured list and right-handed reliever Camilo Doval to the 26-man roster. Horwitz returns after a left hamstring strain and a concussion during his rehab. Doval was acquired in a trade with the New York Yankees. In corresponding moves, the Pirates optioned reliever Isaac Mattson and outfielder Billy Cook to Triple-A Indianapolis.
