Atlanta Braves acquire starting pitcher Tyler Mahle from San Francisco Giants in trade for Anthony Molina.

The Atlanta Braves have bolstered their rotation by trading for right-handed pitcher Tyler Mahle from the San Francisco Giants. In exchange, the Giants received right-hander Anthony Molina. Mahle, who previously held a 2.18 ERA last season with the Texas Rangers, has shown improved performance recently with a 3.60 ERA in two June starts and a 2.82 ERA in four July outings. He is expected to be immediately slotted into the Braves' rotation.
