NCAA fast-tracks women's flag football toward championship sport status

The NCAA is accelerating plans for women's flag football to become a championship sport, with a national title game potentially as early as spring 2028, coinciding with its Olympic debut in Los Angeles. Over 120 schools are expected to field teams this academic year.
