The sale agreement is reportedly $12.5 billion. This transaction follows Mark Walter's purchase of a controlling interest in the franchise last year for $10 billion. Kushner and Iger were previously involved in the NBA expansion process for Las Vegas before pivoting to acquire the Lakers.
