Carson Beck to miss preseason game vs. Raiders due to rib injury; Panthers RB week-to-week

NFL Network Insider Ian Rapoport reported that quarterback Carson Beck will not play in Thursday's preseason game against the Raiders after suffering a rib injury in last week's Hall of Fame Game. The injury is not considered serious. Additionally, a Panthers running back is reported to be week-to-week.
