ACC Bans Former NFL Players from Returning to College Football

The Atlantic Coast Conference (ACC) has become the final power conference to ban players who were on NFL rosters from returning to college football. This ruling, approved on Thursday, also extends to professional athletes seeking to return to college for men's or women's basketball.
