The NBA has imposed the largest fine in league history, $30 million, on the Los Angeles Clippers for violating salary cap rules by funneling off-court income opportunities to star player Kawhi Leonard. Owner Steve Ballmer has been suspended for 12 months from all league and team activities, and the team will forfeit five first-round draft picks. Kawhi Leonard was also fined $700,000.
