Seahawks Expected to Sign Veteran Running Back Joe Mixon to Practice Squad

The Seattle Seahawks are reportedly in the process of adding veteran running back Joe Mixon to their practice squad following a tryout. This move addresses depth concerns after rookie Jadarian Price was placed on injured reserve. Mixon, 30, who missed the entire 2025 season due to a foot injury, will initially join the practice squad but could be elevated to the active roster, potentially impacting the team's offensive strategy.
