Ducks Rookie Roger McQueen Set for NHL Debut Amidst Multiple Player Injuries

Anaheim Ducks prospect Roger McQueen, the 10th pick in the 2025 NHL Draft, will make his professional debut against the Calgary Flames. This comes as several NHL players face injuries, including Ducks forward Cutter Gauthier and Ryan Poehling, who is expected to miss 6-8 weeks with an MCL sprain. Minnesota Wild's Nico Sturm also landed on injured reserve, while Colorado Avalanche defenseman Cale Makar will miss a game for a family event.
