UFC Reportedly Releases Undefeated Fighter Farid Basharat

The UFC has reportedly declined to renew the contract of undefeated fighter Farid Basharat (16-0), removing him from the roster. Basharat, who earned his contract through Dana White's Contender Series in 2022, had compiled a 7-0 record within the promotion. This unexpected decision raises questions about fighter contract management and the criteria for roster retention in the UFC.
