NFL Clears Josh Jacobs and Jonathon Cooper to Return from Commissioner's Exempt List

Green Bay Packers running back Josh Jacobs and Denver Broncos linebacker Jonathon Cooper have been removed from the NFL's commissioner's exempt list, making them eligible to play again on October 25. The league's investigations into both players under its personal conduct policy are ongoing but unaffected by their roster status change. Jacobs had missed the Packers' first five games.
