Bilal Coulibaly to Enter Restricted Free Agency After Failing to Agree on Wizards Extension

Washington Wizards' young French wing Bilal Coulibaly is set to become a restricted free agent next summer after not reaching an agreement on a rookie scale extension before the Monday deadline. Coulibaly, who will earn $9.2 million this season, is now playing out the final year of his rookie deal, with the Wizards retaining matching rights if they tender a qualifying offer.
